How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

~International shipping: Free shipping for orders over 150e.
Below stantard shipping fees apply.
~Delivery time: 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation {excluding customs processing times}.
~Your order is shipped from Saint Pierre, Réunion Island.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do, all over the world we are able to send your parcel, in standard delivery.
Please note that customs fee may apply.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Undeliverable parcels?

If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to Bykini Réunion Island.

Import taxes/customs duties?

Please note the prices on bykinireunionisland.com does not include local sales taxes/VAT. If the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market extra fees might be applied for import taxes/custom duties upon delivery. Bykini Réunion Island does not compensate these charges.
You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.

How Can I Return a Product?
